Ekkehardt Sättele stepped down from the FIAS Foundation Board at the end of his term of office at the Foundation Board meeting on 16.05.2024. Since 2004, his expertise as an auditor and his extensive experience in the foundation sector have been invaluable to FIAS.

After 20 years of valuable commitment, Ekkehardt Sättele is stepping down as a member of the FIAS Foundation Board. He has supported the institute from its very beginnings and made a significant contribution to strategic planning and ensuring the institute's financial stability. 

Ekkehardt Sättele's successor will be announced in the coming months. FIAS and the other members of the Board of Trustees are confident that a worthy replacement will be found quickly so that the institute can continue to be led successfully into the future.
