In its issue of Wednesday, February 24,2016, the FAZ reports on the award of the 3rd honorary doctorate to Prof. Dr. Dr. hc mult. Horst Stöcker, by the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research in Dubna, Russia.

"Now he's done the triple. Horst Stöcker, member of the board of the Frankfurt Institute for Advanced Studies, is now able to include the third honorary doctorate in his resume, which includes the designation "Dr. hc mult.", writes the FAZ in its article in the column "Frankfurt & Frankfurter" on Wednesday.
